I'm Guy.

I've spent the last 30 years developing and delivering experiential marketing campaigns for some of the worlds largest brands. Amongst many other projects, we created a ride for Disney in Florida, developed brand activity for sponsors at three World Cups and two UEFA European Championships, launched more than 20 Bentley sacross Europe, The US, & Asia. We even built a beach in Cannes for Google every summer for 10 years.

From 2006 I co-found, ran and eventually sold a global brand experience agency. I chose to leave in September 2025 to run our family farming business (North Kentt Farms), to fish more and to find new part time opportunities with a focus on the things & people I love.

I'm responsible for the day-to-day running of the company and creating opportunities for current and future generations.

Set Creative & VML Live
Chief Creative Officer

When we joined WPP we took the decision to unite our offer across all our offices - so Set Creative was born. 

We created Pop-ups, Brand Activations & Live Events for clients including Google, Bentley, Castrol, bp, and YouTube. 

In 2025 we took the decision to become part of VML, the world's largest creative agency - adding brand experience to their output through a new vertical called VML Live.

I was responsible for ensuring our creative output was of the very highest standard.

Our aim was to build a company that not only delivered great work, but also valued both its clients and its people. We grew steadily and responsibly thanks to word of mouth.

We forged long term relationships with high profile clients - many of whom we continue to work with to this day.

Our proudest achievement was creating a place where people wanted to work, where they felt valued and involved - in the first 9 years of Flourish only two people left us.

In 2013 we formed a partnership with an American retail experience agency called SET, giving us the chance to expand into the US, later that year the combined business was purchased by WPP

Park Avenue Productions

I joined Park Avenue straight from a Product Design degree at Brunel University, having been scouted at the Young Designers show in London. I had no idea what I was getting into or what a Brand Experience was - after a tour of the offices and a peak at the showreel I was all in.

Over ten hugely enjoyable years I learnt my trade from some of the best in the business - starting as a Research Assistant, I left as Creative Director. 

We conceived & delivered experiences for a wide range of clients including British Airways, Birds Eye Walls and T-Mobile.
